Dante Exum said he's going to ask the Jazz to bring John Stockton in to work with him.
lol I guess its good that he recognizes Stockton is a legend, and he wants to learn, but they couldnt be any different types of players.
I really dont want Exum playing Stockton style basketball. I want him driving the lane.

It's the right move, even if he's overpaid. He's still young and has potential, so that makes him a tradeable asset. They can likely find a taker if they ever want to rid themselves of the contract.

Exactly.
If you have to spend that money, and hes the best f/a you can get, you just have to say "its your lucky day" and pay up.

RT@DJJazzyJody: Don't get the sense the Jazz will bring Ante Tomic over for 2014-15. Buyout too much for 7-2 center to play behind Favors, Kanter, Gobert.

Jeff McDonald @JMcDonald_SAEN
Ty Corbin went from coaching last year's Utah Jazz to coaching this year's Summer League Sacramento Kings. So, same thing.

Sounds like he's staying in Spain although nothing is confirmed.

Makes sense. They traded Stokes because they didn't want too many young guys on the team they want to add vets, and they really haven't (aside from Novak). I'm starting to think they'll bring back Williams

If he continues to average around 16-18 ppg, 5 rpg, close to 5 apg, and 1 spg I'll be happy to be honest. That's a good all around stat line and his shooting percentage should improve this year since he won't be the only weapon so I think he'll live up to it for the most part.
