The fact that both Beltran's X-Rays and CT were negative is HUGE... This means inflammation can be controlled through injection & taping.

Beltran is obviously a very good player but it isnt like the Cards dont have other solid hitters. Its going to be about their starting pitching. They cant afford to have their starters pitch like Wainwright did tonight or it wont matter who is in the lineup

Red Sox have won 9 straight World Series games. Wainwright choked, pure and simple. There is so much pressure on Wacha in game 2 and he's a rook. It's looking like Boston is a team that won't be denied. The Cards have to win game 2.
