Has to be for both Lonzo and reddick not just reddick, Oubre for reddick would be ridiculous since Reddick is 36 and he's not shooting well this year

I was thinking that, too, but I think a draft pick has to be involved with Reddick in a trade for Oubre. If it's a 1st round pick, then maybe I'd listen.

Sure. If they want to give us Reddick AND a first rd pick then I would probably do it. I really like Oubre but he will be gone after this year and getting a 1st rd pick would be sweet. But Lonzo Ball doesnt interest me. He will be a restricted FA after this year and truly is an awful shooter and has been a big disappointment for a guy drafted 2nd
wish this news hadnt let out

Now Oubre gonna be hella mad

Wow.... Lonzo would be great. We desperately need another facilitator on the floor.
I think the only reason the Dubs would deal Oubre for Ball is because Oubre is an unrestricted FA after this year and he wont be back next season. But in my opinion, Oubre is the better player.

I'm high on Oubre as well and his defense energy has been amazing. He just seems a little lost sometimes on the offensive end, but I know that takes time, as will his consistency with his jump shot.

I just miss the days when it was expected that they'd have 30 or more assists in a game and I know that's only possible when guys shots are going in, and when the ball is moving around beautifully. Oubre is very opportunistic, but he seems to force up a lot of shots, especially in the paint where he might be better off finding someone in position to take a better shot.

I think having someone like Lonzo would better fill the playmaking void that was created when we lost Iguodala and Livingston.

Its pretty interesting that Lonzo is averaging only 4.7 assists per game. I would think he would be getting more like 8-9 assists per game when playing with guys like Brandon Ingram, Steven Adams, Zion, and Eric Bledsoe. Not sure why its so low to be honest

Wow... I didn't realize it was that low, especially with that being his MO. But if I had to guess, it may have something to do with the environment. Playmaking doesn't seem like a skill one could lose overnight.

I think it's the system. Gundy was a terrible hire for the pelicans. They needed someone that would've emphasized a faster paced offense.

I think Lonzo would be a perfect fit with the Warriors System my biggest issue with him is his shooting we can't have two Draymonds at the same time but he would be perfect with the second unit.

If the trade is for Oubre for both Lonzo and Reddick that is a good deal. Reddick would add in another shooter and Lonzo for playmaking and defense.

Won't work with the salaries unless more players are involved. Or a 3rd team or something creative.

Exactly. They can trade Oubre for Reddick or Ball but not both. I wouldnt make a deal unless New Orleans through a 1st rd pick as well. Neither of those players will make the Warriors better if Oubre goes.

Why would the Pels want Oubre? He isn't having a good season and is a free agent after this season.

Because they are 5-10, have the 2nd worst team in the Western Conference and need to change the chemistry and defense . You are only looking at 3 pt shooting. He is a terrific defensive player who could immediately improve the D for the Pels. Oubre is from NO and they may see him as someone they would like long term. Reddick is an unrestricted FA and Ball is a restricted FA. My guess is they know that neither will be back next season.
