The All Star selection didn't know about that, that's funny. Played 18 games, started 7, and was an All Star lmao
Steals blocks and assists were frequently cooked in that era for lot of superstars but that year was cooked with extra spices at home for him in particular to get him DPOY.
Oh he played 15 of those 18 games in March and April that year. So, he played a total of 98 minutes before legitimately earning that all star spot lol

Btw no one was better at cooking stats than the Toronto raptors in mid to late 90s. Difference between home and away splits were in same cases over 200% lol

Look at them steals and blocks splits
Making all star team with 98 minutes played almost seems more legitimate.

They clutch onto context as soon as someone mentions his struggles winning regular season games & winning just 1 playoff game in 3 years but act as if context doesn't exists when talking about other players.
Jumping to his defense faster than habba jumps for trump is also pretty impressive.
At 22 - ANT is a more well rounded player offensively & defensively than Jordan was at 22.
Says the most sensitive Bronsexual we all know

Let's end this debate with reason and civility. No doubt both players had the greatest impact on where the NBA is today. They've set the global foundation for the NBA to prosper for the next millenium. Both players have a zillion championships, awards, accolades, etc. It boils down to a simple game of one on one. With this said, with both at the height of their powers, MJ wins 7 out of every 10 one on one games primarily becauseJames is not gifted offensively as MJ. He is not the scorer, playmaker, and closer that MJ is. And MJ is statistically the better defensive player. Lebron may be able to body up MJ in the paint several times, but to no avail...
1a MJ
1b Lebron

If Luka, Wemby, and ANT keep their heads - they'd be better players than anyone who retired 20-30 years before they started played.
The cycle repeats 20-30 years from now - the very best players from that generation will be better than anyone playing today.
oh and Kobe was a better player than mike imo. Unfortunately had very little talent on his team when he was in his absolute prime. Im old enough to remember mj stans hating on Kobe for years lol

lol 2011 was 13 years ago lol - but if we are doing this - how about mj choking a series in 1989. With a 2-1 series lead - went 5-15 in game 4 and took just 8 shots in game 5 (only 1 in 4th quarter when Bulls could have won that game).
Every legend choked a series or two here and there.
