yeah its his thing, he has been known to do it. pretty sure he did it in his title fight vs nate diaz.

How bad does Thatch feel for losing to a smaller guy almost two divisions down? Thatch gassed out and let himself get taken down.The standup was all Thatch.

so much respect to Henderson for that performance. dude was getting whooped in the 1st/2nd but kept his composure. Thatch, although i feel he'll be a star, gassed out and Smooth took advantage.

well they check the mouth before entering the cage, but its possible he has it hidden in his mouth piece when they look, or that a corner man hands it to him after he has entered the cage but before the fighters are announced.
