San Francisco 49ers RB Carlos Hyde is having a great game against the New York Jets. The third-year running back has 141 rushing yards on seven carries in the first half of play and the 49ers lead the Jets 17-3.

The 49ers have amassed 279 total yards of offense so far in the game and are clicking offensively. If not for two missed Phil Dawson field goals, the 49ers could be up by even more in this matchup.

San Francisco is looking to end an 11-game losing streak and win just their second game of the season. Last weekend seemed like a good opportunity to do that against an injury-plagued Bears team, but the 49ers lost 26-6 in Chicago.

During Week 1 of the 2015 season, Hyde had a career-high of 168 yards rushing and looks to eclipse that number today. He also had two rushing touchdowns in that game a season ago. Today, he has one touchdown receiving.
