San Francisco 49ers cornerback Rashard Robinson suffered an injury following a 41-yard pass from Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson to WR Doug Baldwin.

Robinson had to be helped off of the field and was unable to put any weight on his left leg, indicating the injury was serious. The rookie cornerback left the game on a cart and went into the 49ers' locker room for further examination.

Robinson was responsible for sealing the 49ers' second win of the season, a victory against the Los Angeles Rams, with a critical interception of QB Jared Goff to end the game last weekend. Robinson was a fourth-round draft pick out of LSU.

Update:

Robinson has been ruled out against the Seahawks.
