They are interesting because of the current negative public perception of the team thanks to the 49ers' downfall over the last few years.

The online survey includes asking fans for feedback about the current view of the organization, the team itself, and the front office. It also asks about the public view of Levi's Stadium, which has been often criticized by the media and some fans.

The survey even asks fans if they would like to hear from the team's front office and ownership more or less often through the media, possibly opening the door for more transparency between those groups and fans. Ownership, particularly CEO Jed York, was often criticized during this past 2-14 season for his lack of availability when fans wanted answers the most. It wasn't until after the season, once general manager Trent Baalke and head coach Chip Kelly had been fired, that York spoke to the media.

The majority of the questions surrounded the luxury suites at the stadium. That seemed rather odd because it is something that most fans do not have access to.
