Matt: If you look at NFL production (as well as the financial commitment the 49ers made to him), it appears pretty clear Lelie stays. Gilmore caught just eight passes last season while playing 55 percent of the snaps. Jacobs played 433 fewer plays from scrimmage and caught just four passes fewer. Plus, Jacobs has been the most impressive WR on the team during camp.
