The San Francisco 49ers released Friday's player participation report leading into practice at 10:15 a.m.

Defensive lineman DeForest Buckner (ankle) remains listed as day-to-day and will not practice for the second day in a row. The second-year player limped off of the field during Wednesday's team drills and his left ankle was taped up by 49ers medical staff. Buckner spent the remainder of that practice session observing from the sideline.

Other players who will not practice on Friday include linebacker Brock Coyle (rib), offensive lineman J.P. Flynn (knee), cornerback Zach Franklin (ankle), linebacker Eli Harold (concussion), linebacker Donavin Newsome (neck), and safety Jaquiski Tartt (rib).

Linebacker Ahmad Brooks and running back Tim Hightower will have a veteran day off.

Tight end George Kittle (hamstring) and cornerback Keith Reaser (knee) will take part in warm-ups and individual drills but will not get any work in team drills.
