The San Francisco 49ers released their official injury report for Sunday's road game against the Seattle Seahawks. The team completed its final full practice of the week on Friday and will now prepare to travel north to Seattle.

It was already known that free safety Jimmie Ward would be questionable for Sunday's game. Head coach Kyle Shanahan revealed that during his Friday press conference with the media. The only other player listed is linebacker Reuben Foster, who is expected to miss about a month after suffering a high-ankle sprain against the Carolina Panthers.

Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and Seahawks as well as Friday's practice participation reports.
