For the first time this season, an opponent is not considered to be a favorite against the San Francisco 49ers. Of course, the 49ers (0-4) aren't favorites against the Indianapolis Colts (1-3) either.

The odds for the matchup between the two teams on Sunday at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis opened as even with an over/under listed at 44 points, according to Yahoo! Sports. While a few sources list the odds as even, other sources have the 49ers listed as much as 2-point underdogs to the Colts. These odds could change as the game approaches.

Quarterback Andrew Luck is not expected to play against the 49ers on Sunday. Jacoby Brissett is expected to start for the Colts for the fourth-straight week. The Colts have won three straight games against the 49ers dating back to October 9, 2005. The 49ers' last win against Indianapolis came on November 25, 2001, when they beat the Colts 40-21 at their former home – the RCA Dome.

The Colts won their only game of the season by beating the Cleveland Browns 31-28 at home during Week 3. They followed up that performance with a 46-18 road beating against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday night.

The 49ers are coming off their third straight loss determined by three or fewer points. San Francisco traveled to Arizona on Sunday and was defeated by the Cardinals in the final seconds of overtime by a score of 18-15. The 49ers have failed to score a touchdown in three of their four games.

Kickoff between the 49ers and Colts will be at 10:00 a.m. PT. Indianapolis leads the all-time series 25-18.
