Foster is still recovering from a high-ankle sprain he suffered during Week 1 against the Carolina Panthers. Reid is recovering from a PCL injury he suffered during Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. Head coach Kyle Shanahan said on Friday that he is hopeful both players will be able to return to practice next week.
Wide receiver Marquise Goodwin, who suffered a concussion against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, is listed as questionable for Sunday. "I'd be surprised if he wasn't ready to go on Sunday," Shanahan told reporters on Friday.
Below are the official injury reports for the 49ers and the Colts. Also included are Friday's practice participation reports, which were provided by the 49ers Communications team.
