Brown was questionable last week for the game against the Chicago Bears. He ended up playing in all 75 offensive snaps at Soldier Field.
"Everyone else is good to go," Shanahan told reporters on Friday.
The only other 49ers player who was limited during Friday's practice, as he has been all week, is safety Adrian Colbert (thumb).
