The San Francisco 49ers have now won three of their last four games and are looking to end the 2017 season strong. Sunday's 26-16 road victory over the Houston Texans capped off the first back-to-back wins for the 49ers in a season since November of 2014.

Armed with a new franchise quarterback in Jimmy Garoppolo, fans are excited about the future and so are players, who had probably become accustomed to loss after loss.

Below is a Snapchat post (via Twitter) by Adrian Colbert as he seeks out Garoppolo following the game and calls him "Franchise," which may be an appropriate nickname.

Below are some other social media posts by players (and one by general manager John Lynch) following the 49ers' third win of the season.

A number of players seemed appreciative of the contingent of Niner Faithful who showed up at NRG Stadium to watch the 49ers.

"It was loud out there," Gaoppolo said after the game. "There were a couple of 49er chants that you heard. This really being the first time I've seen that, it's impressive how well they travel. That just gives us that much more energy on the sideline."
