San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Aldrick Robinson won't be the only Niners player in the concussion protocol this week. Safety Adrian Colbert showed post-concussion symptoms following Sunday's 25-23 win over the Tennessee Titans and will also be in the concussion protocol, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan.

"Colbert surprised us after the game," Shanahan said on Monday. "He came in with some symptoms, had them again this morning. Obviously, he's going to be in the protocol."

Colbert was credited with five tackles against Tennessee and recovered a fumble committed by Titans tight end Delanie Walker. The fumble was caused by linebacker Brock Coyle and was his first career forced fumble. The recovery was the first of Colbert's career.

In addition to sustaining a concussion, Robinson also injured his hand against the Titans.

"His wrists have been bothering him a little bit," Shanahan said. "I think he just landed on it funky. Whether he sprained his wrist or something but nothing broke. It was head (that forced him to leave the game). It was the concussion that bothered him. He was good after the game. Talking and stuff but he definitely has to be in the protocol."

Robinson had a catch for three yards against Tennessee.
