Quessenberry started all 13 games at center for the Bruins in 2017, according to Lance Zierlein of NFL Media. In 2015, he had surgeries on both shoulders but showed no effects from the procedures in 2016.
At the NFL Scouting Combine, the 6-foot-4 and 315-pound Quessenberry had a 40-time of 5.09 seconds, a vertical jump of 33.5 inches, a broad jump of 111 inches, completed the three-cone drill in 7.50 seconds, had 25 reps in the bench press, and a 20-yard shuttle time of 4.69 seconds. Other measurables for Quessenberry include an arm length of 31 3/4 inches and hands that measure 9 3/4 inches.
NFL.com projects Quessenberry to be a late Day 3 selection in the draft. As a potential late-round draft pick, he could offer depth at guard or for newly signed center Weston Richburg.
Lance Zierlein of NFL Media, who compares Quessenberry to Evan Boehm, had the following to say in his scouting report:
"Burly, barrel-chested center who plays with good balance, body control and consistency. Quessenberry is average with his movements and isn't all that powerful as a drive blocker, but he does generate some pop at the point of attack and he's solid all the way around. He may offer guard flexibility as well which could mean an early stint as a backup with a role as eventual starter at center."
