Miami released Suh on March 14 after three seasons with the team. He signed a six-year, $114 million deal with the Dolphins in March of 2015.
The Detroit Lions made Suh the second-overall pick out of Nebraska in 2010. He has registered 420 combined tackles, 51.5 sacks, a safety, 28 passes defensed, an interception, and four forced fumbles over his eight-year career. During Suh's three seasons in Miami, he recorded 181 tackles, 15.5 sacks, 13 passes defensed, and two forced fumbles.
Suh is a five-time Pro Bowl selection (2010, 2012-14, 2016) and three-time first-team All-Pro (2010, 2013-14). He was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2010 when he registered 66 combined tackles, 10 sacks, three passes defensed, an interception, and a forced fumble.
In Los Angeles, Suh will pair with fifth-year player Aaron Donald, who brought down quarterbacks 11 times in two of his past three seasons and has 39 career sacks. The Rams also solidified their pass defense by adding cornerbacks Marcus Peters and Aqib Talib via trades.
