On Monday, Pro Football Talk announced the full offseason schedules for all NFL teams. Each team will begin with two weeks of strength and conditioning work before the second phase, which involves on-field activities. That portion will only include individual drills.

Drills that pit team offenses against their respective defenses will be allowed during the third phase of the offseason schedule and is made up of 10 non-contact organized team activities (OTAs). Also included is a three-day mandatory minicamp.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan is in his second offseason with the San Francisco 49ers after getting a late start in 2017 because his previous team, the Atlanta Falcons, made it to the Super Bowl.

This will also be quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo's first offseason with the 49ers, who traded for him on October 30, 2017. He started the team's final five games of the season following a crash course learning the playbook and terminology. A full offseason studying Shanahan's offense should increase Garoppolo's productivity in 2018.

Below is the 49ers' offseason schedule.

First Day: April 16
OTAs: May 21-22, May 24, May 29-30, June 1, June 4-5, June 7
Mandatory Minicamp: June 12-14

Training camp dates TBA.
