Jaquiski Tartt

Tartt discussed the NFL's new helmet targeting rule, practicing against quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo, the 49ers' hot streak to end last season, and having cornerback Richard Sherman on the defense. He also hopes fans look back at the defense one day and remember it as being dominant.
