The San Francisco 49ers roster is young. There are a significant number of players who have never visited historic Lambeau Field. The last time the 49ers played there was in 2013 for a playoff game. Nearly half of the 53-man roster has two-or-fewer years of NFL experience.

One young player who is excited to play at Lambeau Field is second-year wide receiver Trent Taylor, whose family grew up cheering the Green Bay Packers. Taylor joined KNBR on Thursday morning and discussed his upcoming visit to the iconic stadium.

"I'm pretty pumped up for it," Taylor said on the "Murph & Mac" show. "That's something that I've always loved to watch and loved to hear about growing up. You hear everybody talk about Lambeau Field and now that I have the opportunity to actually play there. It's going to be something pretty exciting."

The real question, Taylor admits, is if he can convince his family to wear 49ers red and not Packers green on Monday night.

Said Taylor: "I think my family, all my relatives might be a little more pumped up than I am because they've all been Packers fans growing up, and they're all coming to the game Monday night. They're pretty psyched out about it."
