The new kickoff time for the 49ers will be at 1:25 p.m. PT.
The 49ers are currently 2-8 while the Seahawks are 4-5. San Francisco already had one Sunday night game, an October 21 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, flexed out of prime time. The Rams won the game 39-10.
The 49ers initially had five prime time games on their schedule, mostly due to the national appeal of quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. He suffered a torn ACL during Week 3 and San Francisco is 1-6 without him.
The most intriguing storyline from the Week 13 matchup will be cornerback Richard Sherman's return to Seattle. The veteran was released by the Seahawks in March and then signed a multi-year deal with San Francisco.
