The San Francisco 49ers have certainly gone through an interesting few hours since arriving in Tampa Bay to take on the 3-7 Buccaneers in Week 12, highlighted by the news linebacker Reuben Foster was once again arrested on charges of domestic violence.

Foster ended up appearing on the Niners' Week 13 inactives list, indicating the filing process for his pending release from the team has not yet gone official.

Here are those players not suiting up for the 49ers' contest against the Bucs:

Goodwin, meanwhile, missed all three 49ers practice sessions this week while tending to a personal matter. Additionally, he was excused yesterday before the game tending to this unknown off-field situation.

The 49ers and Buccaneers kick off at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday from Raymond James Stadium.
