George Kittle continues to make his media rounds. He spoke to Deion Sanders after the game for a segment on NFL Network. On Monday morning, Kittle jumped on 95.7 The Game. Later in the day, he joined KNBR.

The San Francisco 49ers tight end finds himself in high demand following his historic game against the Denver Broncos on Sunday when he racked up 210 receiving yards, shattered Vernon Davis' franchise record for receiving yards by a tight end in a single season, and became the first 49ers player since 2014 to have over 1,000 yards receiving in a single season.

"I knew that if I was given an opportunity, that I thought I could play at a pretty high level," Kittle said on the "Tolbert & Lund" show. "Coach (Kyle) Shanahan gives me opportunities week in and week out, allowing me to make those plays.

"It's definitely been a lot of fun this year being able to catch the ball and see green grass in front of me. There's not really a better feeling than that, knowing that if you're fast, you can make it all the way to the end zone."

Throwing Kittle the football over the past five games and helping him rack up some of those numbers has been quarterback Nick Mullens.

"[Kittle] was open every play, man," Mullens told reporters after Sunday's win. "It was crazy. Shoot, all the receivers were. That's why I give the coaches so much credit. The guys were wide open. So, that's fun, man."

Mullens has passed for 746 yards over the past two games. Why has Kittle's quarterback been so successful during that stretch?

"Everything that Nick Mullens does is on him," Kittle responded. "He's a guy that prepares every single day. He's one of the first guys in, one of the last guys out. He's always studying. He's always watching film. He's asking questions. So all of his success is completely on him.

"We're just happy that he's playing very well, and we know he's going to continue to play well just because of his preparation."
