TE George Kittle registered seven receptions for a career-high 210 yards with one touchdown. His 210 receiving yards are the most in a single game by a TE in franchise history.

With 210 receiving yards against the Broncos, Kittle has now set the franchise record for the most receiving yards by a 49ers tight end in a single season.


Kittle's 210 receiving yards are the third-most by a TE during a single game in the NFL since 1960.

Kittle hauled in an 85-yard touchdown, which is tied for the 11th-longest play from scrimmage in franchise history, tied for the 7th-longest pass play in team history (QB Jim Plunkett to RB Delvin Williams - 85t vs. Was. on November 7, 1976) and the longest since September 25, 2005 (QB Tim Rattay to WR Brandon Lloyd - 89t vs. Dal.).

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, Kittle's 210 receiving yards were the most in the first half of an NFL game since Seattle Seahawks WR Steve Largent registered 224 receiving yards in the first half at Detroit on October 18, 1987.

Kittle became the first 49ers player to reach 1,000 receiving yards in a single season since WR Anquan Boldin registered 1,062 in 2014.

Kittle's 705 yards after the catch this season are second behind Christian McCaffrey (715) and nearly 200 yards more than the next tight end (Chiefs' Travis Kelce, 512), per Pro Football Focus.


Kittle's 2.82 yards per route run is currently the best of any TE who has run 200-or-more pass routes in a season during the Pro Football Focus era, going back to 2006.

Kittle has five games this season with 90-or-more receiving yards, tying TE Vernon Davis (2009) for the most in a single season by a 49ers TE.

WR Dante Pettis' one-yard touchdown reception made him the first member of the 49ers to register one-or-more touchdown receptions in three consecutive games since TE Vernon Davis accomplished the feat in Weeks 11-15 of the 2013 season.

QB Nick Mullens completed 20-of-33 attempts for 332 yards with two touchdowns, an interception, and a passer rating of 102.1.

Mullens is the first undrafted 49ers QB to throw for 300-or-more yards in consecutive games since QB Jeff Garcia accomplished the feat in three straight games in 2000.

RB Jeff Wilson rushed for a career-high 90 yards on 23 attempts.

LT Joe Staley allowed just one QB pressure, a hit, in 41 pass blocking snaps against Denver. His performance landed him an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 80.0.

DL Ronald Blair registered one sack on the day, extending his career high to 5.5 sacks on the season.


DT D.J. Jones had an 89.8 overall Pro Football Focus grade in his 32 snaps, which was the best on defense.

DB D.J. Reed brought down Broncos QB Case Keenum for a sack of five yards, the first sack of his career.

Reed recorded a team-high seven stops and a QB hurry while earning an overall Pro Football Focus grade of 87.9.
