Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reported in March that former Michigan defensive lineman Rashan Gary would be one of the 30 allowed prospects to visit with the San Francisco 49ers before the upcoming draft.

It turns out that visit will not happen, according to Matt Barrows of The Athletic. The 49ers reportedly have all the information they need on Gary and will no longer host him.

Gary had 96 combined tackles, nine sacks, and a forced fumble in his final two seasons with the Wolverines.

The 49ers hosted defensive tackle Quinnen Williams of Alabama on Tuesday and linebacker Josh Allen of Kentucky on Wednesday. Defensive end Montez Sweat of Mississippi will visit this week as well. Defensive end Nick Bosa of Ohio State is scheduled to travel to Santa Clara next week.
