We're just three weeks away from the 2019 NFL Draft in Nashville, Tennessee. The San Francisco 49ers own six selections, including the No. 2 overall pick. Commissioner Roger Goodell will announce that selection, but the NFL will rely on 64 former players to announce the second- and third-round picks.

Former 49ers fullback and tight end Earl Cooper will announce the 49ers' second-round selection and former wide receiver Terrell Owens will announce the team's third-round selection, according to the NFL.

Those announcing the second-round selections are former first-round picks. The 49ers made Cooper the No. 13 overall pick in 1980. Third-round announcers are players who were drafted in later rounds. San Francisco made Owens, a Hall of Fame wide receiver, a third-round draft pick in 1996.

Owens will be inducted into the Edward J. DeBartolo Sr. San Francisco 49ers Hall of Fame during halftime of the 49ers' first home game of the upcoming season. The NFL will announce the dates for the 2019 regular-season games this month before the draft.
