The Arizona Cardinals would like you to believe that they haven't decided who they will select with the No. 1 overall pick. With the NFL Draft just a day away, that's unlikely to be true.

The San Francisco 49ers, like the rest of the NFL and its fans, eagerly await the decision. Will the Cardinals select former Oklahoma quarterback Kyler Murray, as many have expected for months? Or will they go in another direction?

If the Cardinals go with the quarterback, the 49ers will find themselves choosing between this draft class' best prospects. If Arizona goes with another option, like former Ohio State defensive end Nick Bosa, San Francisco might find itself fielding calls from quarterback-needy teams.

One 49ers source laughed at the notion that the Cardinals remain undecided this late in the game, according to Josina Anderson of ESPN. The source believes that Arizona decision-makers have multiple plans for multiple scenarios in place, but hopes the division rival makes the wrong decision.

Stuck in the middle of the situation is Cardinals second-year quarterback Josh Rosen, who was the No. 10 overall pick last year. He was on the practice field on Tuesday as Arizona kicked off a three-day voluntary minicamp. Drafting Murray would create an awkward quarterback situation as long as Rosen remains on the roster, which might not be for long if that's how the No. 1 pick plays out.

H/t to Patrick Tulini for the find.
