Quick Notes
There are some notable injury notes from Wednesday's practice. See below.
QB Jimmy Garoppolo threw his second interception of team drills during training camp after throwing a pick on Tuesday. This time, it was CB Richard Sherman coming away with the deflected Garoppolo pass on the final play of practice.
Injuries
Rookie DE Nick Bosa left practice early with what appeared to be a lower right leg injury. Defensive coordinator Robert Saleh didn't sound too concerned about the injury.
"I think he's alright," Saleh said after practice. "I still haven't heard from the performance staff, but I don't think there's anything to worry about."
CB Jason Verrett also left the practice with an undisclosed injury after making a tackle on RB Raheem Mostert.
Both Bosa and Verrett are getting MRIs on their ankles.
WR Marquise Goodwin went down while running a route a few minutes after Bosa's injury but returned to practice.
