The San Francisco 49ers didn't have to wait long to take the lead over the visiting Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football.

After successfully overturning what would have been a third-down conversion by the Browns on the opening drive of the Week 5 prime-time contest, head coach Kyle Shanahan elected to go with running back Matt Breida on the Niners' opening offensive snap.

The result? Nothing short of an 83-yard touchdown run:

Breida wasn't touched on the scamper, which put the Niners up 7-0 to start the game. According to ESPN, Breida hit 22.3 miles per hour on the run, which eclipsed the 22.09 mph number he reached during the 49ers' Week 1 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Yeah, Breida is pretty fast. And San Francisco has a lead on prime time as a result.
