San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Marquise Goodwin may have won the "Forty Yards of Gold" competition this offseason, but you can't leave running back Matt Breida's name out of the conversation while discussing the NFL's fastest player.

According to Next Gen Stats, the 49ers back now owns two of the three fastest speeds by a ball carrier over the last two seasons.

The fastest speed saw Breida reaching 22.30 MPH on Monday night against the Cleveland Browns, giving the 49ers an early 7-0 lead. He came close to reaching that speed during Week 12 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season.

Breida had another touchdown on the next drive, this time after hauling in a Jimmy Garoppolo-thrown pass in the end zone, giving San Francisco a 14-0 lead.
