It looked like the San Francisco 49ers might suffer their second loss of the season, and second consecutive after quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo threw an interception in the fourth quarter with the Arizona Cardinals leading 26-23.

The 49ers offense got the football back, and Garoppolo engineered a game-winning drive capped off by a 25-yard touchdown pass to running back Jeff Wilson with 37 seconds left in the game and the quarterback facing pressure in his face. It turned out to be the game-winning score, putting San Francisco up 30-26.

You can watch the Garoppolo-to-Wilson throw and catch below. It was Wilson's only target of the game.

San Francisco ended up scoring a touchdown on defense on the last play of the game, wins 36-26, and sweeps the Cardinals this season in two separate nail-biters.
