Which white ones, though?
The 49ers are making a push to wear their all-white throwbacks for the third time this season, according to a report by David Lombardi of The Athletic. San Francisco last wore the uniforms during their Week 17 road victory over the Seattle Seahawks and, before that, in a Week 8 home win over the Carolina Panthers.
There's just one roadblock. Cornerback Richard Sherman told Lombardi that the NFL wouldn't allow it. While it was initially reported that NFL teams could wear alternate jerseys up to three times a season, Sherman says the Niners had to get an exception to do so in that Week 17 matchup. They would require another for Super Bowl LIV.
The uniforms are replicas of those worn by the last 49ers team to win a Super Bowl — the 1994 squad that beat the San Diego Chargers in Super Bowl XXIX.
The 49ers secured a trip to the Super Bowl in Miami after beating the Green Bay Packers 37-20 at Levi's Stadium in the NFC Championship Game.
The 49ers hope the NFL allows the team to wear the player- and fan-favorite uniforms as San Francisco tries to secure its sixth Lombardi Trophy.
