The free-agency negotiating window opened on Monday at 9 a.m. NFL teams can begin signing free agents on Wednesday at 1 p.m. PT.
The Indianapolis Colts made Dorsett the No. 29 overall selection in 2015 after playing college football at Miami (FL). He registered 29 receptions for 397 yards with five touchdowns through 14 games and four starts with the New England Patriots in 2019.
Dorsett has caught 124 passes for 1,634 yards with 11 touchdowns through his five NFL seasons.
San Francisco could find themselves in need of some receiver help. The team has reportedly made no attempt to negotiate with Emmanuel Sanders' representatives. The 49ers traded for the veteran receiver in October, giving up two draft picks for the former Denver Broncos player.
There are also reports that San Francisco is shopping another one of its veteran receivers, Marquise Goodwin.
H/t to Patrick Tulini for the find.
