Lynch noted that some trade conversations have come close, but nothing has materialized yet.
"The one thing I feel comfortable saying: the one guy where there's actively discussions going on right now is Marquise Goodwin," Lynch told reporters. "That's something we've been clear on. But there's also a scenario where Marquise can help us. He brings a lot to the table.
"We have been in discussions. It came close a couple of times. There's a lot of different aspects to being able to close these deals, and he's a guy, because we know he has value, we continue to hang on, and we'll see if something happens here as we approach (the draft)."
Three other names surfaced on Monday morning when Michael Lombardi of The Athletic reported that the 49ers were also looking to open up some salary-cap space by shopping pass rusher Dee Ford, linebacker Kwon Alexander, and safety Jaquiski Tartt.
Lynch would not confirm whether or not the Niners are willing to move any of those players, but did say that there haven't been any "active" trade discussions surrounding them.
"Marquise is the one guy out of that group that you mentioned where there's active discussions going on," Lynch continued. "The other guys (from the report by Lombardi) we love and are really looking forward to playing with moving forward."
