The following players have been placed on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform List:

- DL Jullian Taylor
The following players have been placed on the Active/Non-Football Injury List:
- DB D.J. Reed Jr.
- WR Deebo Samuel
The following five players have been waived:
- LB Joey Alfieri
- CB Jermaine Kelly
- S Derrick Kindred
- OL Ray Smith
- QB Broc Rutter
The following player has been waived/Non-Football Injury:
- WR Chris Finke
The following player has been waived/Non-Football Illness:
- DL Willie Henry Jr.
49ers rookies, quarterbacks, and rehabbing players reported to the team last week for the first round of COVID-19 testing and went through a second round of testing on Sunday. Those players were allowed inside the facility this week.
The rest of the roster reported for its first round of COVID-19 testing today and will return on Friday for the second round. The players can be in the building as early as this weekend.
