Moore, 24, is in his third season with the 49ers after being selected in Round 3 of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Southern Miss. Moore was given his first start of the season against the Patriots in place of Jimmie Ward, who was sidelined with a quad injury. Moore's fine is the second in-game fine for a 49ers player this season following running back Jerick McKinnon's Week 4 fine for Impermissible Use of the Helmet ($9,857).
