On Saturday, the 49ers activated running back Tevin Coleman and cornerback K'Waun Williams off of injured reserve while placing running back Jeff Wilson on injured reserve. Both Coleman and Williams are active.
The team also activated wide receiver River Cracraft and safety Johnathan Cyprien from the practice squad. They will revert back to the practice squad after the game.
Wide receiver Dante Pettis is among the 49ers' active players. He has been inactive for the past three games.
The three 49ers players who were listed as "doubtful" for the Week 8 matchup — linebacker Kwon Alexander (ankle), wide receiver Richie James (ankle), and safety Jaquiski Tartt (groin) — are all inactive. Safety Jimmie Ward, who was listed as "questionable" with a quad injury, is active.
