In addition to the names listed below, wide receiver Kendrick Bourne will not play on Thursday after testing positive for COVID-19. He has been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. The 49ers are currently conducting contact tracing to see if others will need to be sidelined after potentially being exposed to Bourne.
