The San Francisco 49ers are set to host the Green Bay Packers at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California on Thursday, November 5 at 5:20 p.m. PT. Each week, the 49ers Webzone staff predicts the winner within its annual NFL Pick 'em contest. That includes writers and forum moderators.

None of the 10 participating staff members this week selected the 49ers to beat the Packers. San Francisco is currently a 7.5-point underdog.

As for all the fans who are taking part in our NFL Pick 'em contest, 70 percent have the Packers winning the game, as of this post. That's the lowest confidence level of the season, but is understandable given the number of injuries that have impacted the 49ers roster and the fact that four players have been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list this week. It's also the first time this season fans have favored San Francisco's opponent.

Of all the Week 9 game predictions, the most lopsided result comes from the matchup between the Carolina Panthers and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. Voting has 100 percent of fans believing the Chiefs will earn the victory.

The closest matchup, when it comes to the predictions, is between the Las Vegas Raiders and the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, with 55 percent selecting the Raiders to win the game.
