The San Francisco 49ers' list of players on the reserve/COVID-19 list is down to seven. The team announced that defensive lineman Arik Armstead and center Hroniss Grasu have been activated off the list.

Armstead landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list on Monday, November 16 while Grasu was added three days later.

That leaves the following 49ers players left on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

The reserve/COVID-19 list has been created for a player who tests positive for COVID-19 or has been quarantined after having been in close contact with an infected person or persons. If a player falls into either of these categories, his club is required to immediately place the player on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Clubs are not permitted to comment on a player's medical status other than referring to the roster status and may not disclose whether the player is in quarantine or is positive for COVID-19.

The 49ers are scheduled to play the Los Angeles Rams at SoFi Stadium on Sunday.
