The San Francisco 49ers will call State Farm Stadium their home for at least the next two games, starting on Monday night against the Buffalo Bills. Being a good guest means following the rules, and the Cardinals shared theirs this week via Twitter after the 49ers complimented the stadium's color scheme.

That certainly sounds fair.

The 49ers were forced to find a temporary home after Santa Clara County updated its COVID-19 restrictions, which went into effect on Monday and include a ban on collegiate and professional contact sports. The new restrictions come after a surge in COVID-19 cases throughout Santa Clara County and the state of California.

The numbers aren't necessarily better in Maricopa County in Arizona. Still, the current restrictions in place won't ban professional sports, so long as none of the general public is allowed in attendance.

Update: The hilarity between the social media accounts for the 49ers and Cardinals continued.
