The San Francisco 49ers are preparing for their Week 13 contest against the Buffalo Bills on Monday at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.

Deebo Samuel returned to practice after dealing with some soreness following Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams. It was the receiver's first game since October 25, when he suffered a hamstring injury.

Keeping Samuel out of the team's first practice in Arizona was just a precaution. Head coach Kyle Shanahan expects the second-year wideout to play on Monday night.

"He's going to be good," Shanahan said on KNBR. "... So, he needed an extra day to get some of that soreness out, and I kind of understand it because he's in shape, but you've got to callus your body, and you've got to play a lot of football."

Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley, who was limited on Thursday due to a hamstring injury, was limited again on Friday.

Below are Friday's practice participation reports for both the 49ers and Bills, which were provided by the 49ers Communications staff.
