Kyle Shanahan's San Francisco 49ers have endured a lot this season and are left with a 5-7 record following Monday night's loss to the Buffalo Bills. The "home team" Niners actually entered the game as slight favorites but the Bills dominated in their 34-24 victory at State Farm Stadium.
Pro Football Focus released its player grades from the matchup. Understandably, Bills quarterback Josh Allen was the game's highest-graded (91.0) player. He completed 80 percent of his passes for 375 yards and four touchdowns against the 49ers defense.
The highest-graded player on that defense was linebacker Fred Warner, credited with three tackles, a quarterback hit, and a fumble recovery.
Guard Laken Tomlinson, however, earned the highest grade among 49ers players. He allowed no pressures in his 40 pass-blocking snaps.
