The San Francisco 49ers have released the list of inactive players for their Week 15 matchup on the road against the Dallas Cowboys. These players will not suit up for Sunday's game.

Inactives:

Cornerback Jason Verrett's name is a surprise. He was not listed as injured on any practice participation reports this week. The 49ers announced that Verrett is inactive due to an illness.

Cornerbacks K'Waun Williams (ankle) and Emmanuel Moseley (hamstring) appear set to play. Both were listed as "questionable" on Friday.

Linebacker Fred Warner (stinger) was also listed as "questionable," but is active against the Cowboys.

The 49ers made several roster moves on Saturday. While they activated Mark Nzeocha from the injured reserve list, he won't be available against his former team. The linebacker is among the inactives.

San Francisco also added tight end Charlie Woerner to the reserve/COVID-19 list, which means there are now three players on the list. The team activated/flexed tight end Daniel Helm and offensive linemen Dakoda Shepley and Isaiah Williams from the practice squad as COVID-19 replacements.

On the Cowboys side, the biggest inactive is running back Ezekiel Elliott, who has been battling a calf injury. He did not practice this week and is inactive.
