"No, I'm fine," Wilson said. "I'm perfectly fine. No problems."
The running back missed several games earlier this season due to a high-ankle sprain.
While Wilson is fine, the 49ers didn't emerge from the loss unscathed. Head coach Kyle Shanahan provided the following injury updates:
- Safety Jimmie Ward suffered a concussion and did not return to the game.
- Defensive end Dion Jordan injured his knee and did not return.
- Running back Raheem Mostert re-aggravated his ankle and did not return.
- Safety Tarvarius Moore suffered a knee injury and did not return.
- Wide receiver Richie James sustained an ankle injury and did not return.
- Quarterback Nick Mullens exited with an elbow injury and did not return.
After the game, Mullens was asked about the status of his elbow and if he felt it might impact his availability for next weekend's game against the Cardinals.
"We'll see in the morning," the quarterback responded.
Added Mullens: "I was throwing the football, and they hit my hand, and I jammed my elbow a little bit. So, I figured it was best for the team for somebody who could throw the football to get in the game."
Shanahan also confirmed that tackle Mike McGlinchey briefly exited between two series after having the wind knocked out of him. It doesn't sound like it was anything more serious.
