The San Francisco 49ers may be close to re-signing fullback Kyle Juszczyk, according to a tweet from general manager John Lynch which hints at the potential impending move.

"Juice," of course, likely referring to the fullback's nickname. Either that or the general manager is offering to buy members of The Faithful a late-night beverage.

Juszczyk (6-1, 235) is scheduled to become a free agent on Wednesday. He has been with the 49ers since signing a four-year deal with the team in 2017.

The Baltimore Ravens made Juszczyk a fourth-round selection out of Harvard in 2013. He carried the football 17 times for 64 yards with two rushing touchdowns while adding 19 receptions for 202 yards with four receiving touchdowns through 16 games with the 49ers this past season. The fullback has been selected to five consecutive Pro Bowls.
