Bosa appears to be recovering nicely. On Thursday, he posted a new workout video on social media, which was captured and shared by our friends over at @OurSF49ers_. The video shows Bosa running with a weight sled tied to his waist, and he doesn't appear to be hampered by his left knee injury.
A healthy Bosa's return will be a significant boost for the 49ers' pass rush. Bosa and veteran Dee Ford appeared in just one full game each last season. Ford was sidelined due to back and neck injuries.
Bosa recorded 47 tackles, 16 tackles for a loss, 25 quarterback hits, nine sacks, an interception, two passes defensed, and a forced fumble during his impressive NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year campaign in 2019.
Update: Bosa later shared the following additional video via Instagram, via @Thesfniners_
