The NFL will unveil the league's complete 272-game 2021 schedule on Wednesday night at 5:00 p.m. PT. It is common for select week-to-week opponent matchups to leak before the official announcement. I've created this tracker to collect those leaks as the official schedule release time approaches.

Update: The complete schedule has been released and can be found here.

The San Francisco 49ers will meet each NFC West team twice, as they do each year. The team will also face the entire NFC North and AFC South divisions and this past season's last-place opponents from the NFC South and NFC East — the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles.

This is the first season that will feature an added 17th game for each team. The extra game will always be an inter-conference matchup based on each team's finish from the previous season. Each conference will take turns hosting the extra game, with the AFC hosting this year. The upcoming season will feature each NFC West team facing the AFC North opponent that finished last season with the same division ranking. Both the 49ers and the Cincinnati Bengals finished in last place within their respective divisions.

NFL Kickoff Weekend will begin on Thursday, September 9. The last regular-season games will be played on Sunday, January 9.

Below are the dates and times (if known) for 49ers games during the upcoming season and who reported each matchup. Once the full schedule is released, I will post it separately.

Note: "Unconfirmed" listings are based on what I am hearing and should be treated as a rumor until an official member of the media reports it.
