According to Doug Kyed of Pro Football Focus, the San Francisco 49ers are signing defensive end Eddie Yarbrough.

The Denver Broncos signed Yarbrough (6-3, 259) as an undrafted free agent out of Wyoming in 2016. He registered eight tackles and a quarterback hit through four games with the Minnesota Vikings last season. Before that, the defensive end spent time with the Buffalo Bills.

Yarbrough, 28, has recorded 71 tackles, eight tackles for a loss, nine quarterback hits, a sack, and two passes defensed through his four NFL seasons. However, he did not play during his rookie year in 2016.

San Francisco also worked out veteran defensive end Anthony Zettel, per Adam Caplan of SiriusXM. The defender spent last season with the New Orleans Saints and spent the end of the 2019 season with the 49ers.
